PHB’s journey is inspiring. He transitioned from a successful career in professional football to coaching students at a vocational school, focusing on building their confidence and personal development. However, as the educational system shifted towards a more commercial approach, PHB felt a disconnect. This led him to pursue personal coaching, completing his training and officially registering PHB Coaching in April 2024.
At PHB Coaching, every client’s journey begins with a free introductory consultation to ensure a good fit. PHB believes in the importance of building trust and connection from the start. Coaching sessions are tailored to each individual, typically ranging from 3 to 8 sessions, each lasting 75 minutes. PHB’s goal is to give clients the time and attention they need to truly progress.

By comparing the results with a large database, the Talent Passport offers personalized insights that often lead to greater job satisfaction and better career alignment.
