At the age of 18, Jessie (Photography Jesss) embarked on her entrepreneurial journey, driven by a passion for photography that had ignited at a young age. Now 26 years old and with a keen eye for detail and a love for capturing the essence of every moment, Photography Jesss specializes in event photography, ranging from weddings and concerts to festivals and one-on-one sessions. Her journey into photography began after attending the Fotovakschool, where she honed her skills and developed a deep appreciation for the art of storytelling through images.

Concert photography holds a special place in Photography Jesss’s heart, as it allows her the creative freedom to immerse herself in the vibrant energy of live performances. Despite the challenges of capturing fleeting moments within strict time constraints, she thrives on the exhilarating rush of snapping the perfect shot that encapsulates the essence of the event.

Equally passionate about capturing the magic of weddings, Photography Jesss approaches each ceremony with reverence and dedication. 

One of the highlights of Photography Jesss’s career was the opportunity to photograph her favorite band, Pain of Salvation, thanks to her dad who arranged this with the Melkweg. Despite the limitations of officially being allowed to shoot only three songs, she seized the moment to capture the entire concert, resulting in a collection of unforgettable images.

Reflecting on her journey, Photography Jesss takes pride in the consistent demand for her services, with projects spanning across the Netherlands. As a solo entrepreneur, she juggles her roles as a photographer and a graphic designer and infusing her signature style into every project.

Looking ahead, Photography Jesss envisions a future where she can fully immerse herself in her craft, whether it’s in her beloved Netherlands or abroad. Her ultimate goal is to continue pursuing her passion for photography and graphic design on a full-time basis creating unforgettable memories for her clients with each click of her camera.
