Departing from her role as a team coach, she embarked on a profound journey of self-discovery, driven by a desire to bridge the gap between opposing forces and connect with her inner truth. Drawing from her intuitive insights and experiences, she developed the Paars method—a holistic approach emphasizing passion, authenticity, autonomy, rebellion, and shamelessness.

With a focus on universal themes like self-worth and empowerment, she seeks to guide women towards embracing their innate potential and taking charge of their destinies.
